Beauty Rooms in Highnam & Gloucester · Mobile Gloucester

 

To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone, the following booking policy applies to all treatments booked with Pure Skin Glow, whether in the Beauty Room or as a mobile appointment.

Deposits

 

- No deposit is currently required to confirm individual treatment bookings.

- Treatment packages and courses must be paid in full at the time of booking, in line with the treatment menu.

- A deposit may be requested to confirm a future booking, for example following a late cancellation or no-show (see below).

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

- We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- Cancellations or reschedules made with 48 hours' notice or more are always welcome, with no charge.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: as this time can no longer be offered to another client, a deposit may be requested to confirm your next booking.

- No-shows (no contact and treatment not attended): a deposit will be requested to confirm any future appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

 

- Please allow travel and parking time — arriving late may mean your treatment time is shortened to protect the next client's appointment, at full price.

- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and asked to rebook.

 

Mobile Appointments

 

- A mobile appointment requires the same access to reasonable working space (a clean surface, comfortable seating, and access to water) to be provided at the client's chosen address.

- If Pure Skin Glow is unable to complete a treatment on arrival due to unsuitable space, illness in the household, or similar, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

- Travel is included within the mobile pricing shown on the treatment menu for the Gloucester; appointments significantly outside this area may incur an additional travel charge, agreed in advance.

 

Patch Tests

 

- Certain treatments (including Korean Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, and tinting services) require a patch test at least 72 hours before your first appointment. Bookings for these treatments cannot be confirmed without a clear patch test on file. Patch tests remain valid for 6 months.

 

New Client Safety Policy

 

Pure Skin Glow is a solo-run practice, working alone in the Beauty Room and at clients' homes for mobile appointments. To protect the safety of both practitioner and client during treatments that involve close, sustained physical contact:

- Mobile appointments from new male clients are welcomed by personal recommendation from an existing client. Please let us know who referred you when booking.

- This is a lone-working safety measure, not a reflection on any individual client, and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- Existing and returning clients of any gender are always welcome to book directly.

 

Illness & Emergencies

 

- We understand that illness and genuine emergencies happen. In these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a new time that works, even within the 48-hour window.

 

Changes to This Policy

 

Pure Skin Glow reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at pureskinglow.co.uk.
